Shipping Policy

All packages are insured through USPS (unless you choose otherwise),

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.

We ship Monday-Friday 8am-2pm PST. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.  

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. 

ALICE & STEPH is not responsible for packages once they are in USPS possession.

Once a package has been shipped we can NOT cancel the order. Keep in mind we do not do refunds only store credit. ALICE & STEPH is not responsible for theft or damage once the package has been marked as delivered. 

If you experience any inconvenience or have questions about items be sure to e-mail us, we will respond within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your package is processed.
